Pretty amusing seeing one of these cross-eyed bastards puttering around in person. The driver seems to have the appropriate head gear, too. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to chase it down and get a closer gawk at it.

He looks sufficiently eccentric to own such a mechanical creature.

I never knew the headlights were angled inward this much. Most of the shots I’ve seen of these are from the front. Looks really weird.

Yeah, I’ve never gotten why they had to do it that way. Unless they’re big fans of these fish.

That’s a fairly new Morgan. The older ones looked better, IMO.

Here’s a 1965 Plus 4 for $29,900 in Scottsdale.

That’s a beaut. It’d be perfect for a very eccentric Green Bay Packers fan.

Such a great brand. Tried that 3-wheeler but that one definitely wasn’t for me. Looks great though. Definitely would have lost his head gear in this one!

Those headlights of the 1st gen Aero8 you saw are really, really weird. Especially from this angle.

Ah, I adore the 3-wheeler. Pretty much a perfect car. I drove one once and didn’t want to get out. It’s perfectly refined un-refinement. I think I’d have a Velorex first, but if I had too much money, I’d buy a Morgan.

Yeah, that angle happens to be perfect for showing how ridiculous those headlights are. And look at how long that bonnet is. It’s really nutty to see driving around.

I expected it to have bike-like acceleration. It didn’t even came near. Morgan should really get more oomph out of that 2-litre V-twin to convince me!

It’s definitely not about the speed with the 3-wheeler. It’s the experience. The wind, the noise, everyone angrily passing you. It’s a fun car.

It is a fun car. But I’d rather get my bike. Some of the same issues (wind, noise) but more impact on the brain. Speed. Finding your Balance.

My brother is gonna trade in a 3.0 Z4 in Sterling Grau. He informed me yesterday. I’m tempted.

Ah, interesting. You can relive your glory years. I was just looking at a reasonably priced Subaru 360 on Craigslist up in Oregon. My version of the same thing.

This is it, exactly the same color/wheels. Comes with a hardtop. Awesome.

In the 70's here in SoCal, a parttime actor friend of mine owned a black Morgan (smaller model than this) and would tool around with his white Samoyed(?) dog in the front seat cruising for chicks. That dude had the schtick, lemme tell ya’.

Haha. That sounds like an awesome sight, and perfectly 70's Southern California. Or, even today, actually.

She loves BMWs and Porsches. It will be no problem. We just won’t be able to drive the complete family in it. So the child’s-seat will constantly be on the passenger seat anyway.

Haha, no idea. The guy is still negotiating with my brother. And then I’d have to negotiate it with my brother. And with Krista ;-)

Stuffing Josje (or did you mean Krista?) in the cargo could prove to be hard: not much space left in the trunk with the top down!

I know Krista is quite the athlete, so I assume she’s pretty flexible. She loved your last Z. One test drive with the top down and she’ll be putty in your hands.
